# Uninstalling & FAQ

### What happens when you uninstall

Uninstalling the app deletes its saved configuration data. Real-time synchronization webhooks stop immediately. No further product data is synchronized.

* **Which target systems does the app support?** 
  * FactFinder NG and Infinity.
* **Can I export product data manually?** 
  * Yes. Select a channel mapping in **Products Export**, then click **Export Data Feed**.
* **Does real-time synchronization support Infinity?** 
  * No. Real-time synchronization is available for FactFinder NG only.
* **When should I run a manual export?** 
  * Run one after large catalog, market, regional availability, or B2B catalog changes.
