Notification Messages

Summary

FactFinder can notify you about system status and report delivery.

We recommend reviewing these messages and enabling email delivery. This helps you detect issues early.

You can find Notification messages in System maintenance. In the default menu, go to More settings…

If you disable email delivery for import errors, the messages appear on the Summary page instead. You can remove them with the delete icon.

Preferences

Use the Preferences tab to manage notification recipients.

All configured email addresses are shown in a grid with the following columns:

Email — recipient address

Type — notification category

Keyword — text added to the email subject

Language — language used in the notification

To add a new recipient, click Add Notification .

A dialog opens.

Enter these general details:

  • Email address

  • Subject keyword — used in the email subject line

  • Language

Then select the Notification type :

  • Import errors

  • Dashboard reports

  • Analytics reports

Each type exposes additional options:

  • Select channel(s) for Import errors

  • Select channel(s), frequency, and start date for Dashboard reports

  • Select a preconfigured report, time range, frequency, and start date for Analytics reports

Notifications

Use the Notifications tab to review messages that were not sent by email.

You can:

  • View unsent messages

  • Group messages by channel

  • Delete individual messages
