A redirect campaign is designed to redirect the user to another page for specific search terms (or other triggers you define ). E.g. on your contact page or your terms and conditions. There are a number of pages in every shop that should be accessible this way. In addition to the contact option and the terms and conditions, the legal notice, payment methods, shipping costs, returns and a branch locator are also available.
Create redirect campaigns
Select pairing

You can combine as many conditions as you like with AND or OR to reach the widest possible audience or, depending on your needs, a specific audience.

search term | Checks for the search term entered (only for campaigns on search results pages). |
Number of hits | Checks number of products found. |
Search results page | Checks which search results page the user is viewing (1,2,3,...). |
Products per page | Checks the page size that the user has selected. |
Search field | Checks in which field the search was carried out. This parameter is only used for special integrations that search in individual fields. By default, NG searches in all fields, in these cases the parameter is empty. |
The search is an item number search | Checks whether NG has performed an article number search, e.g. because the entered search term was identified as an article number. |
The search is not an article number search | Checks whether it was explicitly stated during the search that the search input should not be interpreted as an article number. |
Number of filters | Checks how many filters the user has selected. |
Selected filters | Checks whether the user has selected a specific filter with a specific value. |
parameter | Checks for any parameter that was passed to the search. This criterion can be used for special NG integrations. NG remembers all URL parameters (for web services: Params.custom.Params) that were passed to the search. These parameters can be queried using this criterion. |
Score of the first hit | Checks the score of the first hit found. |
Distance to market | Checks the distance (in km) between the selected market and the user's location. |
Distance to location | Checks the distance (in km) between the selected location and the user's location |
Selected market | Checks the market IDs selected by the user. |
Always true | Always triggers. |
